Mission: Our Children’s Choir gives kids the opportunity to grow in their faith, build their confidence, and create lasting friendships. Kids, ages 5 and over, are welcome to join Lisa Stopchuck and Kathryn Webster in the Kidz Zone room, weekly, from 5:30-6 p.m. on Wednesdays.
Are you a youth who wants to sing? Come on! You are wanted and welcome! We always need adult volunteers too! No experience necessary.
Our music repertoire includes beloved classic children's Bible songs as well as contemporary Christian music. Come and praise the King of Kings with interactive music, your voices, some American sign language, and other creative ways to rejoice in the Lord.
If you are unable to participate or volunteer, would you like to donate to the Children’s Choir as we begin and eventually expand this program in God's timing? Call 265-4883, bring a donation to the church office, or place a check with a notation for Children's Choir in the offering plate.
FUN FACT: Did you know that studies have shown being in a children's choir can help with academics? "Parents with children currently singing in choruses report their children get significantly better grades than children who've never been a part of one," according to Chorus America.
