As with many churches, College Place is governed by an administrative body known as the Church Council. The council is made up of more than 25 church members, including administrative and ministry leaders — such as finance chair and security team leader — and at-large participants. The council and pastor meet once a month or every other month, depending on business needs. Council member terms may last one to three years.
