College Place Methodist Church

As with many churches, College Place is governed by a group known as the Administrative Council. The council is made up of 15 volunteers and the pastor. They meet, together with program-ministry leaders on a monthly or bimonthly basis, depending on business needs. Member terms last one to three years. (Note: Several administrative entities also feature appointed committee members. Program leaders build their own teams.)
The 2026 Leadership Team was approved at the annual Charge Conference on Nov. 20, 2025. Here are next year's new volunteer administrative and program heads:

Duties: Handle all phone calls; gather and compile information for weekly bulletins; compose and send twice-weekly emails about events and important information; make copies for council and committees; schedule outside events; maintain a calendar of events.

Children’s Ministry Director

Duties: Planning and coordinating Children’s Church and other activities related to the children’s ministry, including VBS, family-related events, and Wednesday Bible studies.
